Yesterday was something of a digital battlefield I have to say. As the DOA fans were really angry with Koei Tecmo and Team Ninja´s decision not to publish “DOA Extreme 3” in EU or the States. However, there is still some hope to be found despite all this sadness and negativity. Because it seems like Huniepot (the developers of “HuniePop”) wants to buy the DOAX3 US publishing rights from Koei Tecmo US for 1 million dollars (as seen in the picture down below).
This is great news of course. However, it remains to be seen whether Koei Tecmo US will accept Huniepot ´s offer or not (I think Huniepot will have to pay more than 1 million dollars for the US publishing rights for DOAX3 though). Personally, I really hope that Koei Tecmo US will pick up on that offers. As there are a lot of US players (male as female) that would love to play DOAX3. And who knows? If everything goes really well, then DOAX3 might even get a PAL release in EU as well? I guess that we just have to wait and see. So let´s hope for the best!
With that said, what do you guys and girls think about all of this? And do you think that Huniepot will get the US publishing rights for DOAX3 in the States?
