Press release:
The indie games publisher and game developer Ellada Games are today very happy and excited to announce that Viking-themed 2D survival/action-RPG “Niffelheim” is now available for Android devices via the Google Play Store.

In this story you take on the role of a fearless viking that has fallen in battle and earned his right to feast alongside with Odin in Valhalla. Unfortunately, instead of the Allfather’s chambers you land in the dark world of Niffelheim. Your goal here is to survive and find your way to Asgard. You will build a massive fortress, fight swarms of horrible fiends, descent into the deep dark dungeons in search for resources, and slay dozens of mighty bosses.

The game was released in Early Access in 2016, with a full scale release on Steam and GOG in 2018. Niffelheim has been available for Sony, Microsoft, and Nintendo consoles ever since 2019. During five years after the game’s release Niffelheim has been rated highly by gaming journalists, bloggers and streamers all over the world. The game has built a huge fan base and due to localization to 14 languages people across the planet enjoy playing Niffelheim.

Now the game is available for Android devices on Google Play, with Andoid 8+ version being enough for comfortable gaming experience. Mobile Niffelheim version offers a revised user friendly interface, comfortable controls and the game play and visuals beloved by fans. The game will be released with the single player mode.
