Press release:
STOCKHOLM, SWEDEN, June 1, 2022.
The Stockholm-based (Sweden) indie games publisher and game developer Fatshark today announced a large update to the popular “Chaos Wastes” expansion to “Warhammer: Vermintide 2” (as announced at the Warhammer Skulls event).
So if that announcement sparked your interest and curiosity, then I’ll have you know that the said update is called “Be’lakor”, and that the “Be’lakor” update is set for a release on June 14th (2022) for PC, Xbox One, and the PS4.
Chaos Wastes was a major success when released, and now Fatshark is proud to add even more content to the free expansion available to all owners of Warhammer: Vermintide 2.
Be’lakor influences the Chaos Wastes expansion and changes the experience dramatically with both a new theme and a new challenge. The Be’lakor update also adds a new level, the Temple of Shadows, where the players get to take on all the full force of Be’lakor.
Be’lakor also introduces the Shadow Champions, a new enemy type with many familiar characteristics, including that it has no warm and fuzzy feelings towards the players.
Be’lakor features:
New Level – The Temple of Shadows
New Boons and Traits
Two New Curses
New Enemy – Shadow Champions
New Be’lakor Level Theme
Be’lakor will be available on PC, Xbox One, and Playstation 4 from June 14 as a free update for everyone that owns Warhammer: Vermintide 2.
