I have honestly lost the count over all the times that The Pirate Bay has had problems with the long arm of the law. Or how many times the site has been shut down.

It´s not all that strange though, because the Pirate Bay was created over 11 years ago (back in September 2003).

And throughout those years, the Pirate Bay has been under attack from the software, music, video game and movie industry.

Say hello to the co-founders of The Pirate Bay. Gottfrid Svartholm, Fredrik Neij and Peter Sunde.

And that´s not all that surprising really. Because when you lose millions of dollars to pirates that download your creations for free (via torrent sites such as The Pirate Bay).

Then there will be consequences sooner or later. In this case, it seems like The Pirate Bay won´t live to see another day.

Because the page is done and there has been server raids in Sweden by Swedish police. Funny thing though, there was this saying that The Pirate Bay page ran on ““raid-proof” virtual machines. That doesn´t seem to be the case, as the site has been down since yesterday.

And from what i´ve heard. Both servers and computers were seized by the Swedish police. But to be honest, i´m more curious to know what will happen to the co-founders of The Pirate Bay now?

Because back in 2009 the co-founders of The Pirate Bay was sentenced to both prison, and they also had to pay hefty damages. I also wonder if this will be the very end of The Pirate Bay?
