I have seen, talked to and meet many cosplayers over the years. Even so, I still have to say that Alicia Marie (she´s an international fitness supermodel, veteran health lifestyle writer, Gamer and cosplayer) blew me away with her Sonya Blade (Mortal Kombat) cosplay. Because when I spotted a picture of Marie posing as Sonya Blade last night (she was standing next to the video game version of Sonya, my jaw literally went through my floor. And what can I say? It´s like one of our fans and followers said on Twitter earlier today:

“omg she looks more like the character than the character does! Haha awesome!” – Eau Rouge

The moment when a cosplayer is more spot-on than the fictional counterpart. Hands down to Alicia Marie!

And you could really tell that Marie has worked super hard to achieve her Sonya Blade cosplay too. Because a fit body like that sure doesn´t happen over a night (and I should know, as I´ve gone from 130kg to 75Kg). And funny enough, I just found out that Marie has written a book called “The Booty Bible“. So that´s a must-read for all you ladies out there for sure. I also noticed that Marie is a supporter of Twin Galaxies
the Right2Game Campaign. So in my book, she´s a winner with no doubt.

“The booty bible” is a must-read for those who wants to get some epic booty.

I would also like to point out that I´m fed up with the stereotypical picture of Gamers being fat, ugly, loser basement dwellers, because it´s not true. As Gamers comes in all shapes, colors, sizes and from different backgrounds. However, I really hope that more people such as Marie will continue to promote a healthy and fit lifestyle for everyone. As Obesity has become a huge problem in today’s society (especially in North America and the UK). With that said, keep on Gaming hard, live for your dreams and give everything you have at the gym!
