It’s kind of funny how life is sometimes, because as you might remember. I wrote about ModDB’s 2017 indie of the year awards just the other day, and while I was writing up that post I was wondering for myself “Hmm, I wonder whatever happened to the 2017 mod of the year awards?“. Well, guess what? I/we received an e-mail from indieDB just now, and they informed us that the 2017 edition of Mod of the year awards has just been kicked-off:
“The 2017 Mod of the Year Awards have begun, which means it’s time to stop raging about loot boxes and microtransactions and focus on the best part of PC gaming, mods! Voting is now open on all mod profiles.” – ModDB
In other words, you can now vote for over 10,000 different mods in-order to help IndieDB shape the top 100 mods list for this year. Nice! However, don’t wait too long to vote for your favorite mods, because you will only be able to cast your vote for another eight days. Simply put, be sure to vote for the mods that you like before it’s too late to do so.
And with that said, which mods will you vote for and why? Let us know your thoughts in the comment section down below!
