I remember when there were a lot of talks about whether or not video games really could be considered as art. Well, time after time again critics has been proven wrong on that subject. Just take the games “Journey“, “Minecraft” and “Okami” for example.

All three of those games offer either the ability to create in-game art, or the ability to experience an interactive art-like world.

There´s a lot of beautiful artworks for “Fantasy XIV: A realm reborn”.

Then there´s another thing which i have pointed out many times before. And that would be video game art books. In this case, “The art of Eorzea” (which you can buy from Amazon for $51) .

Which of course would be an Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn art book.

The art of Eorzea actually feautres over 1,000 illustrations and sketches (plus bonus art), in 304 stunningly beautiful, full-colour pages.
