There´s a big difference between fries and fries. Just ask Max´s head chief Jonas Mårtensson. Because he searched all over the world for the perfect fries for over 7 years before he found what he was looking for.

And it was a “eureka!” kind of experience for Mårtensson, when he discovered “crispy fries”.

Which would be slimmer fries (which still has the potato shells on) that uses a different kind of salt. That´s the result of Jonas Mårtensson´s “crispy fries”.

I have no idea what it tastes like, but i´m quite sure that Mårtensson knows his fries more than well.

But i´m going to give “crispy fries” a try asap!
