Ah, “Sleeping Dogs” (released back in 2012 by Square Enix and Bandai Namco Games). I sure remember that title. Mainly because i thought that the game would be the Asian version of “GTA“and “Fast and Furious“.

Well, i wasn´t all that far off target with that guess. As that´s a really good way to describe “Sleeping Dogs”. And the game received some pretty good reviews as well (75% for PS4 and Xbox One, and 80% for PS3, 360 and PC).

But even though the good grades, rather good sell numbers and player ratings. There never was a “Sleeping Dogs 2“. However, the action/adventure/gangster MMO game “Triad Wars“(United Front Games), works as a spiritual sequel to “Sleeping Dogs”.

And by the looks of it. “Triad Wars” tries really hard to be the MMO version of “Sleeping Dogs”. But so far people doesn´t seem to be all that much impressed by the game.

Oh well, you could always sign up for the closed beta of “Triad Wars”. And give the game a go yourself 😉
