It appears as if the Square Enix Europe Twitter account just got hacked. Well, at least that what it looks like at the moment…Because their account has been sending out tweets such as the following:
I hardly doubt that EU will care all that much though.
That´s just the half of it though, because the official “Just Cause” Twitter account appears to have been hacked well:
On a personal level, I´m quite surprised that a big company such as Square Enix doesn´t have a higher level of IT-security than they have. Because this shouldn´t even be possible to do. So I´m quite curious to see what Square Enix will do in-order to avoid any future Twitter incidents of this kind.
