I cat say that i´ve heard all that much from Bandai Namco Games and “Tekken 7” lately. But that´s probably because of the Arcade release in Japan (Tekken 7 got released on the Japanese arcade market on the 18th of March).
So as you might figure, Bandai Namco has been rather busy at the Arcades and doing PR for the Japanese market. However, Bandai Namco has also uploaded some new “Tekken 7” videos to their Youtube page.
Such as the one with “Devil Jin” (new character) fighting at a lava stage, and “Jin Kazama” kicking Hwoarang´s ass (also a new character). Or the latest Tekken 7 video, that stars a brand new female fighter named “Josie Rizal“.
Which would be a kickboxer from the Filipines. In fact, Rizal is Tekken´s very first Filipina fighter ever. That´s really cool imo. But i don´t understand why Rizal cries when she wins a fight?
At least she did so at the very end of the video (the one that you can watch for yourselves down below). Maybe it was mean´t to be happy tears? (i guess so). But i would much rather see Bandai Namco Games remove the crying part completely.
As i find it to be both odd and rather stupid. Unless Bandai Namco Games has a reason for adding that attribute to Rizal (background story) that is. Maybe she´s emotionally unstable for some reason?
