Ninja robot dinosaur has created a really cool and impressive FPS/RPG/roguelike management hybrid called “Bunker Punks“. The game is said to be FPS’s classics such as “Doom II” and “Wolfenstein”. But to be honest, i felt more “System Shock 1”, “Shogo” and “Mega Man 8-bit Deathmatch” vibes then anything else.
That´s not a bad thing of course. As all of those games are really entertaining to play. But i have to say that “Bunker Punks” is something “else”, as it´s like a little bit of everything. And that makes “Bunker Punks” to a rather unique FPS experience.

“Bunker Punks” made med think about a mix of “Mega Man 8-bit Deathmatch” and “System Shock 1” for some odd reason.
So if you like the sound of that (and the “Bunker Punks” trailer for that matter). Then you can pre-order “Bunker Punks” for as low as $14,99 via the games homepage at the moment.
About Bunker Punks:
Bunker Punks is an FPS/Revolution Management hybrid with roguelike elements. It’s inspired by combing the classic run-and-gun gameplay of classic FPS’s like Doom II and Wolfenstien with the random level generation, RPG elements and permadeath of roguelike games. On top of it all is a revolution/bunker survival sim, where you manage resources and upgrade your bunker to grow the Bunker Punks movement.
