A game doesn’t necessarily have to have super advanced graphics to be an enjoyable experience. Because imo, it´s more about awesome gameplay and soul, than anything else.

But of course, it also depends on the genre. Not everyone may agree with me on this of course.

When Sci-fi meets fantasy.

But if you take the RPG genre for example. I think it´s way more important to have a great story, dialogs and interesting characters. Then it is to have a fancy graphics engine.

Just take White Guardian Studios upcoming RPG game “Demon’s Revenge“.

It has that old school look to it. But it seems to be a really deep game, that offers a lot of awesome gameplay experiences. So i´m going to keep a close eye on this game!
