Press release:
Riverton, 4th of January, 2016 – Mythyn Interactive, the indie game developer of sandbox MMORPG Linkrealms, has announced the starting day of the next testing phase, labeled “Winter Beta”. From the 9th of January, all registered users with a Beta Key and all purchasers of a Founder Pack will be able to play Linkrealms continuously for at least 3 weeks.
The Winter Beta
Linkrealms has received multiple updates since the Fall Beta, held in November 2015.
In an effort to expand the variety of tasks craftsmen can carry out, the developers have introduced the new Contract System, through which players can receive orders for clothing and weapons from vendor NPCs. Completing such tasks will reward the crafter with a special currency that can be traded with Corporation Guildmasters for unique rewards.
Support for multiple characters has been implemented, and every player is now able to create up to 5 different characters per account. The whole login interface has been revamped for the occasion.
Furthermore, the balancing of all creatures in the game has been completed in order to provide users with an adequate challenge at all stages of progression for their characters.

Steam Early Access
Together with the announcement of the Winter Beta, Mythyn Interactive has confirmed that the team is actively working on the integration of Linkrealms with Steam, and that launch on Early Access has been scheduled for March 2016.
The game has already successfully completed its Greenlight campaign in less than three weeks in July 2015. Every purchaser of a Founder Pack will be able to play Linkrealms on Steam Early Access, without the need to pay any additional fee.

About Linkrealms:
Linkrealms is a sandbox MMORPG that harks back to the roots of classic online role-playing games, where community was the center of the user experience, one’s choices mattered, and reputation was earned on the battlefield rather than leaderboards. With its mix of old-school design choices, modern features and unique servers, Linkrealms caters to the needs of the hardcore MMO nostalgic as well as to the player looking for a more laidback online experience.
Linkrealms is planned to be released as a free-to-play title in 2016 on Windows through the Steam platform, on which it has already passed the Greenlight process. You can find more information on the website at http://www.linkrealms.com/ .
