Yes! Cellbloc Studios point-and-click adventure “SnarfQuest Tales” reached it´s $30,000 Kickstarter goal earlier today. And there is still +50 hours left to go as well. However, that is not enough time left for Cellbloc Studios to reach the “Maxwell Alexander drake” extended goal (as it´s $10,000 away). Nevertheless, it´s still a great day for everyone who has supported “SnarfQuest Tales.” So tons of congratulations to the team and all the backers!

You know what this means? SnarfQuest: Tales will become a reality in the near future!

This morning I received the happy news that SnarfQuest Tales is 70% funded on Kickstarter ($21,000 out of $30,000). And this is what Cellbloc Studios (the developers behind “SnarfQuest Tales”) had to say:

So a big congrats to the Cellbloc Studios team =) And at this time there is less than $9,000 missing (with 17 days left to go) on SnarfQuest Tales Kickstarter campaign.

I never thought that I would live to see the day when Larry Elmore’s (his a Dungeons and Dragons’ illustrator among many other things) comic character “Snarf” (as seen in the Dragon Magazine in the 1980s ) would get his very own game. It´s 100% true though, as Cellbloc Studios is working really hard on their point-and-click adventure game “SnarfQuest Tales” (for Windows, PS4, Xbox One, Wii U, Android and iOS). A game which just happens to be live on Kickstarter as well. Awesome indeed. However, SnarfQuest Tales needs to collect $30,000 in-order to become a reality.

If you like adventure games, then you should try the demo for SnarfQuest Tales asap!

I don´t doubt that SnarfQuest Tales will be successful on Kickstarter though, and that´s because of three reasons. 1. The game is already +50% funded, 2. SnarfQuest Tales got greenlit on Steam Green light not so long ago, and 3. There is about 27 days left on SnarfQuest´s Kickstarter campaign. So I highly doubt that the game will fail to reach it´s Kickstarter goal on time. Besides, it seems like the Gaming community (and the Snarf fans) is really eager for SnarfQuest. So I wish SnarfQuest Tales and Cellblock Studios the best of luck and fortune on Kickstarter!
