It seems like shoot-em-up games are on the rise again. Because i have seen quite a few awesome shmup games just recently.

And Uncommon Games just happen to be working on a really promising F2P shmup game for iOS and Android.

And it´s called “Son of Light”, a game that´s said to be inspired by games such as “Knightmare Tower“, “Runner” and a handful of classic shoot-em-up retro games.

“Son of light” will be released to both iOS and Android by the end of the month (and soon to PC, MAC and Linux as well!).

So if you´re a fan of shoot-em-up games. Then i´m glad to inform you that “Son of Light” will be released on Google Play and the App store on January 30th!

The game:
Son of Light is an arcade video game of the Uncommon Games studio inspired by the great retro type“Shoot Them Up” and the mechanics of games such as “Runner”.

This game allows you to cross the universe at the speed of light. Your mission is to overcome in arow the 10 levels that will come to you while eradicating sneaky enemies and colossal bosses!
