Well, this news story sure came out of nowhere, because I haven’t heard a word about Nearga and HypeTrain Digital’s open-world horror survival game “DESOLATE” for months (the last time that we wrote about the game was in October of 2017). Anyways, HyperTrain Digital just informed us that “DESOLATE” is coming to Steam Early Access on the 8th of February:
“Hi, Robin! We at HypeTrain Digital proudly announce that DESOLATE is coming on Steam Early Access on February 8, 2018 for $19.99 / £14.99 / €19.99. YEAH, THAT SOON!
DESOLATE is an open world first person survival horror game, set in an alternate history version of the Soviet Union. Featuring 4-player Online Co-op, Crafting Systems, and an eerie atmosphere that rings throughout every landmark. Player takes the role of a Volunteer, and explores Granichny Island filled with threats of every shape and size – from monsters and madmen to supernatural anomalies and seemingly impossible weather patterns.
To celebrate the upcoming release we’ve prepared a video which will help players to dive into the dark story of Granichny. Take a look!” – HypeTrain Digital
Other than that, HyperTrain also informed us that they have launched a story trailer for “DESOLATE” =) And you can watch the said trailer down below. So, what do you guys and girls think about “DESOLATE” so far? Let us know your thoughts in the comment section!
