I´m not a big fan of Mondays, but I have had a really good weekend I have to say. As I’ve been busy playing Brutal Doom v20 for the last +24 hours. I have actually been teaching O.J (my brother) how BD v20 works (since his a BD noob), because he has never played “Final Doom” before. I also had to guide him through some of the very first stages of “TNT Evilution.” I can´t blame O.J for that though. As “Final Doom” is still counted as one of THE hardest games in the Doom series to date, and when you play BD v20 on the toughest difficulty (it´s called “realism mode“) it sure gets’ really hard to stay alive.
However, I love the thought of fighting side by side in BD v20 with my brother. So I don´t mind it really. Besides, it´s way more fun to play Brutal Doom in Co-Op anyhow. We´re just trying to figure out how we should record our videos, because you get to see the world of BD v20 through both mine and O.J´s eyes. I guess that a split screen solution could work? Oh well, we will sort it out some how. As for my (our) thoughts on Brutal Doom v20 so far, it´s THE best BD version to date with no doubt.
There´s like a ton of new features, weapons, settings and new game modes to enjoy (read the change log for a full list over features, changes and such). Anyhow, we (I and O.J) will start to record some Co-op videos for Brutal Doom v20 (Final Doom) as soon as possible! So keep your eyes (and ears) open for them 😉
