***UPDATE 2015-03-16***
I´m very happy to inform you guys that Rapscallion Games “The Miskatonic” got 100% funded via Kickstarter (over £17,000 in total!) 7 days ago. So a big congrats to the Rapscallion Games team!
————————————————
You don’t have to be all that smart to realize that Rapscallion Games got something really unique and special in the making, with their upcoming side-scrolling horror/comedy visual novel game “The Miskatonic“.
A game which is said to be inspired by classic survival horror games and H.P. Lovecraft.
Imo that’s a really honest way to describe the game, and i would know. Because i played through the whole demo just recently. And even though it was “just” a showcase kind of demo (you can just walk around, talk and pick stuff up).
I sure got the whole idea behind “The Miskatonic” (what Rapscallion Games is trying to achieve, and what they’re striving for).
I also love the the female protagonist “Charlotte LeStrange“. Because she´s with no doubt (whatsoever) one of THE coolest female characters i´ve ever seen.
So i sure hope that “The Miskatonic” will reach it´s Kickstarter goal asap! (which would be £11,000). So “if” you enjoyed our gameplay video of “The Miskatonic”, then show it some love on Kickstarter 😉
