Press release:
Košice, Slovakia — September 21, 2017 — Industry veteran Peter Nagy has announced a new indie game publishing label, Grindstone. With more than 20 game releases under his belt over the years, Peter has founded Grindstone with a vision to put his broad knowledge of the industry to work, helping small independent developers achieve their dreams. Grindstone also teases their first game called Hellmut: The Badass from Hell coming out this autumn.

“As the gaming market gets more saturated by the month, our mission is to help small independent teams get their projects done, released and recognized in this competitive space,” said Peter Nagy, CEO of Grindstone. “We are excited to finally reveal that we are working on a hardcore dungeon crawler Hellmut: The Badass from Hell, the first project of many to come under Grindstone’s name.”

Hellmut is a gun-toting, roguelike dungeon crawler with retro-style pixelated graphics and a variety of soon to be disclosed neat mechanics. Featuring fast-paced play sessions, Hellmut is a highly skill-based game that targets hardcore roguelike players hungry for challenge. More details about Hellmut’s gameplay will be released in the near future.

About Grindstone
Grindstone is a new indie publisher based in Košice, Slovakia. It was founded in 2015 by a gaming industry veteran Peter Nagy, who in his career has released more than 20 games across all platforms. Grindstone is dedicated to helping small independent teams make successful niche titles in the increasingly competitive market for digital games. The focus of Grindstone is on premium games for PC and consoles, courting players who are not satisfied with the increasingly similar releases of the big publishers. Grindstone’s first release is due to be published in Q4 2017 with more titles already in development. For more information, visit www.grindstone.sk
