The US-based indie games developer Chromatic Games today announced with great delight and joy that their co-op tower defense ARPG “Dungeon Defenders: Awakened”, is now available for the PS5 and PS4 via PSN.

Descend into the dungeons of Etheria to protect its cardinal crystals from destruction. Prepare for battle by building formidable blockades and powerful attack towers to decimate wave after wave of despicable enemies. Join the fray of combat, engaging in third-person action on the battlefield with one of seven Defenders.

Master each hero’s distinct weapons, towers, and fighting styles. Trick unsuspecting foes with skills like the Huntress’ sneaky traps, the Squire’s massive blockades, or the Warden’s overwhelming minion summoning. Customize each hero’s personal playstyles, fine-tuning vitality, power, range, among other stats to get an extra edge on every battle.

Reap the spoils of victory to upgrade armor, weapons, and accessories for the formidable fights that lie ahead. Take the Defenders into seven distinctive game modes with local or online multiplayer. Solo Defenders can go on a gripping multi-arc story campaign full of twists and turns through inspired and imaginative classic fantasy environments.

Dungeon Defenders: Awakened is available now on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 via backwards compatibility for $29.99 with English language support. More language options are planned for future content updates.
