It´s been quite some time since I bothered about a Zelda title for Nintendo 3DS. Well, all of that changed when I saw some live gameplay footage from Nintendo´s The Legend of Zelda: Triforce Heroes (it´s set for a release to 3DS on the 23rd of October in EU) at Gamescom. Well, at least I enjoyed the thought of a new “Four Swords Adventures” kind of multiplayer Zelda game. And that´s exactly what Triforce Heroes will offer, as you (and three friends) will solve puzzles, fight bosses and explore the world of Hyrule. I also feel like Triforce Heroes is in the safe hands of director Hiromasa Shikata (Ocarina of Time, Majora’s Mask, Twilight Princess) and producer Eiji Aonuma (Ocarina of Time, Majora’s Mask, Twilight Princess, Skyward Sword).
And so far it seems like the Gamescom people (those who have had the great pleasure to play Triforce Heroes) have enjoyed The Legend of Zelda: Triforce Heroes. That seems to be the case with the Zelda community as well, so I guess that people are really hungry for a cooperative action-adventure Zelda game for 3DS.
So, what do you guys think about Zelda: Triforce Heroes so far?
