I was just informed that Kukuruyo´s suspension (ban?) from Twitter has been lifted. And by the looks of it, Twitter threw Kukuruyo off their platform because of his “offensive” (lewd) Twitter header:

I don´t believe for a second that Kukuruyo got suspended from Twitter because of his lewd header.

When I saw this picture I thought of AC/DC´s song “Jailbreak”.

And as you might remember, I originally wrote that Kukuruyo might have been suspended (or banned) because of two reasons:
1. Kukuruyo´s lewd header
2. Hugo Awards is coming up, and Kukuruyo just happens to be a Hugo Awards nominee (“Best Fan Artist”).

However, there is also a third option which I missed out on. And that would be the fact that Kukuruyo made a comic strip based on the recent events with the auction of Gawker (which he did on the 17th of August):

I think this comic (tweet) by Kukuruyo is the real reason behind why Kukuruyo got suspended from Twitter.

And if you ask me, then I believe that´s the real reason behind why Twitter tossed Kukuruyo out from their platform (I bet Twitter thought that Kukuruyo´s Gawker picture was racist, but they obviously don´t know that Kukuruyo is of Spanish origin. In other words, he joked about his own people). Nevertheless, I´m glad to hear that Kukuruyo is back on Twitter again. However, I´m afraid that it´s just a matter of time before he gets suspended from Twitter at a later time.

So be sure to support Kukuruyo when ever you get the chance to do so!

I forgot one very important part when I wrote this OP post. And that would be the fact that kukuruyo just happens to be a Hugo Awards nominee for Best Fan Artist. And this “might” actually play a crucial part in why kukuruyo has been suspended (banned?) from Twitter.

I think it´s safe to say that Twitter has become the real-life version of South Park´s PC-principal, because nowadays it doesn´t take all that much to be suspended (or banned for life) from Twitter. And this time it seems like Kukuruyo has been either banned or suspended due to his “offensive” Twitter header. However, it´s still unclear if that´s the case. So I decided to contact and ask Kukuruyo what exactly happened to him and his Twitter account (we did a really nice interview with kukuruyo not so long ago, so you probably want to check that one out as well) . And I can´t say that I was surprised to hear what Kukuruyo had to say to me (us). Especially not since Milo Yiannopoulos got banned from Twitter for life not so long ago (Milo has had quite a few free speech battles with Twitter in the past).

I see nothing wrong with Kukuruyo´s header. However, it´s unclear if kukuruyo´s header is the reason why he has been suspended from Twitter.

I don’t know why i’ve been banned, they haven’t give any info, nor a date for unsuspension, and have not responded to my inquiry yet.

I truly hope that kukuruyo hasn’t been suspended for life. As I enjoy his tweets and artwork quite a lot.

I don’t know what more to add, since i don’t really have any info myself. I don’t even know if the ban is permanent or if i can by the rules make another account so i don’t even know what i’m gonna do.

Most likely, since Twitter didn´t like Kern´s “aggressive navel” header all that much.

Thus the #FreeKukuruyo hashtag on Twitter.

Thanks! Hmm, I thought that Twitter would let one know what you have done wrong? And then let you know if the ban is forever, or if it´s a temporary ban (between date XXX and XXX)? Well, I guess that this is the only available option for you right now: https://support.twitter.com/. I´m going to try my very best to get the word out about your situation.

And that´s all there is to the matter of Kukuruyo´s suspension (ban?) on Twitter. Well, at least for now. So I will do my very best to get the word out about his current situation on Twitter. Nevertheless, I think it´s pure madness that Twitter has suspended (or banned) Kukuruyo from Twitter. Then again, it appears as if Twitter has started to crack down on people who post lewd tweets…
